Gmail and Email CRM Tracking App or Software to Manage Replies and Unique Urls

Media_httpdownloadngh_hzfrk

I get about 200 emails a day. That's because I have 3 different business strategy blogs and 2 different youtube channels on ecommerce guerrilla marketing and viral marketing strategies. Like you, I respond to the short emails as soon as possible and the longer emails take till I have a moment to reply.

Problem is, that moment may not come till 3 days later.

I need an iPhone / Android app or Google Chrome app that alerts me if

A) I haven't answered an email in 24 hours

B) My gmail recipient hasn't responded in 48 hours

Sure. Not all answers need responses. So I'm thinking that I need three different levels of qualification:

1.List of A and B above where I click a button saying "RESPONSE NEEDED."

In the case that I forgot the simple task of clicking that extra button, an automated method that catches 99% of the exceptions:

2. List of A and B above where the last email message contains a question mark, "?"

Lowest priority of all,

3. List of A and B above where the last email message contains any of the words, "who, what, where, when, how, or why."

This way, I don't have to keep breaking up my flow to add people to my CRM software like ACT or SALESFORCE.

Putting a star by an inbox email just isn't enough. I need stronger features.

So, I'm building it. If you want to be notified when I'm done, just put your name on our contact form: and mention "email manager"

If you want to partner with us or "invest your energies" in building and marketing in the app, please do the same thing -- click above.

Let's make our clients and customers happier by making our inbox tight.
